Yikes.This is much harder to find time to blog than I thought. No one told me it was going to be so time consuming (which is why it has been over 2 weeks)I have no idea how some people do this everyday. Discipline maybe. Well the last several weeks have been pretty busy. And luckily the kids seem back to normal. As my humorous and sarcastic husband helpfully pointed out, we had a week that seemed as though we were headed for the Jerry Springer show. =) Maybe it was all the sugar people were so kindly shoveling to the kids the week before Halloween that was making them crazy. Anyhow the kids are back to just their usual quirks. These are just a few of the things we have been up to. Lots and lots of time with family. My niece Kaleigh turned 6 and had a really cute birthday party, I found out my nephew JD has an amazing singing voice and got to watch my niece Mackezie play volleyball. She is a great setter. Threw a baby shower, Maddy had a Halloween party,we went to the pumpkin patch and of course went trick or treating. Maddy was Jasmine and Logan was a pirate. Yes, Maddy is still loving all the Disney princesses. They had a great time & got lots of candy. When I told Logan we were going to just one more house he told me,"Few more houses, few more houses mommy." He was loving it. Getting rid of all the candy was a team effort as well. The kids wanted the suckers and mom and dad ate the good stuff.(loves the chocolates) And for sure one of the best moments this month was the arival of baby Kailee. After a very tough pregnancy one of my best friends had a beautiful baby girl named Kailee last week. I wish I could express to her how much her strength and perseverance has been an example to me. She is amazing and after a long 9 months I am so excited for her to be able to enjoy her new little miracle now.
